When you don’t want to write a new blogpost

The best time to write a blogpost is when you don’t want to write one. That’s me right now. I don’t want to write a blogpost because my day has been pretty crappy to say the least.

In times like these it’s easy to drown in all the negative thoughts and feelings until all you can do is lay in bed, unmotivated, wanting to do absolutely nothing. Today happens to be one of those days. I also believe there is some monthly female hormonal cycle influence going on here..

The thing that I guess saved me is my phone. There are times when you reach a point where you can’t do anything but for some reason you’re still able to manage using your smartphone.

So thanks to the WordPress app, I can blog in bed from my phone.. and I am also falling asleep so

Yeah I just fell asleep for like 30 seconds

Yÿ <– typed while half asleep..

maybe my lack of desire to write was because I was just sleep deprived… but yay for little victories aka short and simple blogposts even when feeling pretty darn awful.

Amy Lo is a millennial whose life today looks very different from what it looked like a year ago. A year ago she was living by herself in an isolated studio where she often spent many days depressed and bedridden, unable to get up to go to work, because of her soon-to-be broken-off wedding engagement. A year later she finds herself happier than she ever was in her life, and does things she never thought she could do, like waking up early and going to the gym multiple times a week! Because of her personal experience, Amy hopes to inspire and encourage other young adults who may be in a seemingly perpetual funk, by sharing things she's found helpful in positively redirecting the trajectory of her life. She believes it's never too late to turn your life around, and there is always a light at the end of the tunnel, no matter how dark it may be at the moment.
